As an Ethics & Compliance Director, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice and solutions to help organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance their internal controls. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business growth efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level relations. Translating the vision, you set the tone and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders.

Responsibilities
Leading the development and implementation of compliance frameworks to navigate complex regulatory landscapes
Managing risk governance and controls testing to enhance internal controls and mitigate risks effectively
Overseeing compliance program implementation and conducting compliance reviews to confirm regulatory adherence
Providing strategic guidance on corporate governance and regulatory compliance consulting
Facilitating C-Level presentations and building relationships with executive stakeholders to drive business performance
Utilizing analytical thinking and strategic mindset to identify and address gaps in compliance and risk management
Promoting innovation and creativity in developing solutions for risk and compliance challenges
Coaching and mentoring teams to cultivate potential and foster a culture of inclusion and integrity
Conducting internal and external audits to validate compliance with professional and technical standards
Engaging in policy reviews and process mapping to optimize operating effectiveness and efficiency
What You Must Have
At least a Bachelor’s degree
At least 8 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required
