You will have a direct impact on shaping core privacy operations, implementing automated solutions, and fostering the highest standards of trust with our users. This position is designed as a high-potential career launcher for a professional with a "builder" mindset, offering a clear trajectory toward strategic advisory and complex regulatory challenges within a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

  • Act as a first point of contact for day-to-day privacy enquiries from internal stakeholders, customers and other external parties.
  • Coordinate and triage incoming privacy requests, facilitating timely responses and appropriate escalation where required.
  • Support the handling of data subject rights requests and privacy incidents from initial intake through resolution.
  • Assist business teams in navigating privacy processes and completing required privacy documentation.
  • Help maintain privacy governance documentation, including processing records, knowledge resources and privacy notices.
  • Support operational privacy assessments, including Legitimate Interest Assessments (LIAs), Transfer Impact Assessments (TIAs) and other privacy reviews.
  • Partner with Legal and cross-functional teams to provide practical privacy support across commercial and corporate initiatives.
  • Help maintain privacy tooling and governance platforms (e.g. OneTrust) and verify that records remain accurate and up to date.
  • Support privacy compliance activities by coordinating evidence, tracking actions and assisting with internal and external audit requests.
  • Contribute to the effective day-to-day operation of the DPO Office through coordination, administration and continuous maintenance of privacy processes.
  • Leverage AI enablement tools to actively automate queues, streamline workflows, and drive operational efficiency.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years minimum of relevant privacy experience including working with GDPR and operational privacy compliance in the payments, financial services or fintech sector is beneficial.
  • Working in an in-house legal or privacy team is preferred; experience in a privacy consultancy or law firm is also valued.
  • Familiarity with privacy management platforms such as OneTrust is an advantage.
  • Exposure to privacy laws beyond the EU (e.g. the US including CCPA/CPRA, Latin America, Middle East & Africa or other global privacy frameworks) is considered a plus.
  • You possess an exceptional level of organizational skill, a proactive mindset, and a strong sense of ownership.
  • You have a high receptiveness to utilizing and training AI tools to automate your own workflows and scale operations.
  • Knowledge of emerging frameworks such as the EU AI Act and AI Governance is highly desired.
  • Strong ability to translate complex legal and privacy concepts into practical, actionable guidance for business partners who may not have a legal background.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with strong drafting and communication skills.
