EMEA Upstream Product Manager – Digital Soultions Key Responsibilities:Defining and driving the upstream product strategy and roadmap for digital health solutions across EMEAIdentifying unmet customer needs and translating insights into product concepts and development requirementsLeading early-stage product development, including concept validation, business case creation, and value proposition definitionCollaborating cross-functionally with R&D, Marketing, Commercial, and external partners to shape and develop digital solutionsActing as the voice of the customer throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring strong user experience (UserX) and adoptionSupporting Agile development processes by prioritizing features, contributing to User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and guiding development directionMonitoring market trends, competitive landscape, and digital health innovations to inform product strategyPreparing successful product launches in collaboration with downstream teams and ensuring readiness for scale and deployment Profile requirements:Proven experience in Upstream Product Management, Digital Solutions, or Digital Health (typically 5+ years, including healthcare exposure)Strong understanding of product development processes, ideally within Agile environmentsExperience working in cross-functional, international, and matrix organizationsAbility to translate customer and market insights into strategic product direction and technical requirementsStrong analytical thinking, innovation mindset, and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsFluency in English and ideally one additional European languageRelevant academic background (e.g., MSc in engineering, digital/IT, life sciences, or related field)Willingness to travel across EMEA as required What we can offer to you:Attractive benefits packageInspirational colleagues & culture Fast Growing and innovative environmentA team-oriented company cultureInternational opportunities Excellent training/development programmesLearn more about our benefits here => EMEA https://secure.bscbenefitsconnect.com/europe/- #LI-Hybrid We, Boston Scientific, are an equal employment opportunity employer.
