Where You’ll Work

This is a hybrid role based in Ahmedabad, India with the expectations to be in office at least 3 days a week for collaboration and connection.

Why this Role Matters

The Revenue Systems Analyst plays a critical role in supporting Litera’s go-to-market organization by owning the quality, integrity, and scalability of revenue data across systems. This role ensures that Salesforce and key enrichment platforms remain accurate, compliant, and aligned to Litera’s GTM strategy, enabling revenue teams to operate efficiently and make reliable data-driven decisions. This role is responsible for end-to-end data operations, including account and lead lifecycle management, ownership and territory alignment, data governance execution, and continuous data hygiene and enrichment.

What You’ll Deliver

Revenue Systems Management

  • Administer and support Salesforce and enrichment platforms including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Validity, and other related industry data tools.

  • Manage integrations between enrichment platforms to ensure data flows are accurate, reliable, and compliant.

  • Stay current on industry best practices and emerging trends in revenue operations and revenue technology.

Data Lifecycle & GTM Alignment

  • Own account creation, hierarchy maintenance, and lead conversion processes (L2L, L2C, L2A) including matching and de-duplication.

  • Maintain data structures and ownership models aligned with Litera’s GTM plan, in partnership with other Revenue Operations functions.

  • Execute account, territory, and opportunity ownership and assignment changes with precision and auditability.

  • Conduct audits for process compliance and data integrity.

Data Quality, Governance & Compliance

  • Perform ongoing data cleansing, de-duplication, standardization, normalization, and enrichment across key objects (accounts, leads, contacts primarily).

  • Support GDPR compliance and adhere to data privacy best practices.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional data governance team members to recommend and implement improvements to data standards, governance processes, and operational efficiencies.

  • Execute list uploads, ad-hoc data cleanup efforts, and targeted remediation initiatives.

Project & Change Management

  • Create and manage project plans, trackers, and status updates as well as recommend best paths forward.

  • Operate with an agile mindset to Plan, Design, Develop, Test, and Deploy solutions.

  • Perform UAT/QA for new system updates and enhancements.

  • Partner with Enablement to support change management related to data, systems, and process updates.

  • Create SOP documentation for data management practices and support onboarding for data operations processes.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 3+ years in Data Analyst, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Process Excellence roles, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment.

  • Familiarity with CRM and sales tech tools (Salesforce, Clari, Asana, Gong, SalesLoft preferred.).

  • Experience in process automation, data governance, and project management.

  • Strong expertise with data transformation tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, PowerBI).

  • Comfortable working with and interpreting dashboards and performance metrics related to revenue.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with contract negotiation and vendor management.

  • Experience with change management and enablement programs.

Nice-To-Haves:

  • Experience working with international teams or partner ecosystems is a plus.
