Content Operations Specialist – HMDBLRICW Team (ICW Group)
Role Overview
The Content Operations Specialist will be part of the HMDBLRICW Indices Team within the ICW Group and will play a critical role in handling and maintaining index data across internal and external platforms. The role requires expertise in ICW data processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Index Data Management
Handle index data across internal and external systems, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency.
Facilitate problem-solving on data and product-related issues, including database infrastructure challenges, and maintain robust operational procedures.
Coordinates and reviews the work of Analysts, helping to train and develop them.
Track and analyse all index vendor notifications and methodological or data changes.
Perform impact analysis on products and coordinate with multi-functional teams to implement required content updates.
Provide subject-matter expertise and innovative ideas to develop new ways of working, including automation of workflows using Power Apps and AI-based tools.
Ensure workflow processes and operational documentation are current, standardized, and consistently followed.
Projects and Team Support
Handle key initiatives and projects related to index content management and Content Enhancements.
Provide operational and technical support to the specialist team to ensure smooth delivery.
Case Management and Quality Improvement
Adopt a forward looking approach to understand business challenges, develop tailored solutions and deliver trusted support.
Conduct trend analysis of client cases to identify root causes and recurring issues.
Implement measures to reduce future case volume.
Drive initiatives sought at case reduction and improvement of critical metrics.
Key Skills and Competencies
Solid understanding of index data, financial benchmarks, and market data processes. Demonstrable experience with Index Constituents and Weightings data management.
Hands-on exposure to workflow automation, Power Apps, and AI-enabled tools is highly appreciated.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Build relationships with and external partners to understand their drivers and negotiate positive outcomes
Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s /Master’s degree in Finance, MBA or relevant field. Relevant experience in Index data, index operations, Content Management, or markets domain is helpful.
