We put in long hours at high intensity to push the frontier forward.The Data Center Design TeamExamples of key problems the team is working onLead the design, development, and execution of 10s to 100s of GWs of data centers this decade.Drive the next generation of liquid cooling and electrical distribution systems.Develop and scale first-of-a-kind modular data centers.Influence behind-the-meter designs and planning for multi-GW campuses.Role ScopeOwn the civil engineering workstream across a multi-site development portfolio from site screening through permitting and construction completion.Lead civil due diligence for greenfield and conversion sites: topography, drainage, utilities, soils, floodplain, and environmental constraints, flagging fatal flaws and cost risks during site selection.Develop and maintain the civil basis of design, master specs, and standard drawings, and establish grading strategies, earthwork balance, and cut/fill sequences for large campus developments.Structure phased delivery with early work packages (mass grading, site utilities, enablement) to accelerate the critical path.Lead civil permitting strategy across jurisdictions: land disturbance, NPDES/SWPPP, floodplain (CLOMR/LOMR), environmental, and utility permits.Manage external civil consultants from schematic through IFC and coordinate civil scope with structural, MEP, fiber, and architectural teams.What We're Looking ForThe below is a starting point.
