Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the software delivery process. Daily activities include executing continuous testing practices that cover security, application programming interfaces, and regression scenarios. The position also involves developing and maintaining automation strategies and scripts, configuring data and environments to support testing efforts, and actively engaging in code reviews. Monitoring and reporting defects are integral to fostering ongoing improvements throughout the entire testing lifecycle, ensuring robust and reliable software delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline testing processes and enhance product quality.
- Assist in the design and implementation of automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to testing methodologies and tools.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Familiarity with API testing and security testing practices.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot defects effectively to support quality improvements.
- Knowledge of environment and data configuration to facilitate comprehensive testing.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
