As a SAP ABAP Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Business Application Consulting group, specializing in SAP Technology. You will be responsible for analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support to optimize operational efficiency and enable clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Finance Technology - SAP Core ERP practice, you will leverage your growing business knowledge to identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will address conflicts or issues, engage in difficult conversations with clients and team members, and uphold professional and technical standards.
Responsibilities
- Leading the implementation and management of SAP software solutions to optimize client operations
- Analyzing client needs and developing tailored SAP solutions to meet strategic objectives
- Overseeing the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies
- Guiding teams in the development and execution of SAP-related projects, confirming timely delivery
- Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) to enhance system functionality and performance
- Collaborating with clients to provide training and support for seamless integration of SAP applications
- Driving process improvement and optimization initiatives within SAP environments
- Mentoring team members to develop their skills and encourage professional growth
- Addressing and resolving conflicts or issues with clients and stakeholders effectively
- Promoting the adoption of innovative technologies and practices in SAP projects
- Validating data integrity and compliance within SAP frameworks
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to support ongoing business transformation efforts
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 to 11 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)
- Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud for strategic technology planning
- Embracing change and innovation in business transformation projects
- Excelling in coaching and feedback to develop team strengths
- Leveraging SAP Fiori and SAP NetWeaver for process optimization
