- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes and methodologies to enhance team productivity.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Demand Planning.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Order Management.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and translate system requirements into technical designs.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to integrate demand planning solutions effectively.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues related to demand forecasting.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
