The Resource Management Delivery Services Supervisor is responsible for developing a deep understanding of the business vision, goals, and needs for the enterprise resource management program. This role involves providing business support to internal teams, ensuring smooth and efficient operations of resource management processes and the Dayshape platform.
The Resource Management Delivery Services Supervisor leads an enterprise team responsible for executing high quality, tactical resource management support activities that ensure accurate, timely, and reliable data within Dayshape. This role oversees a team providing scheduling execution, data uploads, and administrative support for Resource Managers across the firm. The Supervisor serves as the primary point of accountability for delivery quality, workload prioritization, and stakeholder communication, particularly during peak periods, leaves, and short-term scheduling initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with team members located offshore and across multiple time zones, ensuring consistent delivery standards, clear communication, and timely execution of resource management support services.
This role will also be a mentor for other enterprise resource management team members.
Essential Duties
Leadership & Execution
- Lead and oversee an enterprise team providing coaching, prioritization guidance, and performance management.
- Manage coordination and delivery of tactical RM support services, including Dayshape data uploads, schedule maintenance, and execution of defined scheduling projects (e.g., inventory observations, global team scheduling initiatives, etc.) across a global team ensuring clear communication, timely handoffs, and consistent execution regardless of time zone.
- Act as a capacity escalation point, coordinating coverage during Resource Manager absences, leaves, or surge demand.
- Ensure data accuracy and process compliance within Dayshape by establishing quality checks and reviewing work output from the team.
- Partner closely with Resource Managers and leadership to clarify scope, timelines, and expectations for delivery based‑ work.
- Translate defined resourcing and scheduling requirements into executable plans for the Delivery Services team.
- Identify recurring administrative or data issues and recommend process improvements to reduce RM administrative burden.
- Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of Delivery Services team members.
- Mentor and support enterprise team members outside of direct reports
Program Enablement & Change Support
- Support and participate in testing and deployment of new Dayshape Product releases
- Provide structured operational feedback to Strategic Business Analysts on execution complexity, capacity impact, and adoption risks to inform solution design and prioritization.
- Lead development of release communications, training materials, and change readiness artifacts to ensure successful adoption of new functionality or process enhancements.
- Escalate data quality issues or control gaps to Strategic Business Analytics for root cause‑ analysis and standards refinement.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or certifications.
TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency,
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with peers and senior leadership
- Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and approaches
- Interest in identifying and implementing continuous improvements within resource management operations
EXPERIENCE
- 5-8 years resource management experience in professional services organization
- Experience working with or leading teams that include offshore or globally distributed resources.
- Strong working knowledge of resource management processes and workflows.
- Dayshape experience preferred
LEADERSHIP SKILLS
- Demonstrated experience leading, coordinating, and prioritizing work across global and offshore teams and time zones, including coverage planning, workload balancing, and proactive communication to support continuous delivery and business needs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities with accuracy and urgency.
