Chief Engineer, Mold Design

What You Will Do

1. New product concept and process review to support product design

2. Concept tooling or new tooling DFM preparation

3. Mold quotation(including tooling cost, cavity, cycle time, process design, machine selection etc.)

4. New mold  3D&2Ddesign

5. New mold debug(FAI)

6. New mold qualification(Q-RUN)

7. Work with PE for TQCP &WI preparation

8. Work with PE for COPQ Reduction

9 Technical support for outsourcing vendor

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

1. Familiar with NX design software  

2. Basic molding process experience

3. Basic Product design  / application concept

4. Good engineering management skill to meet cost / quality / lead time requirement

5. Good English speaking and writing capability

6. Basic skill of office software.
