What Do We Do Here?
Our Conroe Facility produces downhole products for drilling activities in North America. Our plant has high demand and is operating 24/7 to produce these products for our customers. To meet the demand for our products, we provide employees with an air-conditioned environment, highly organized and clean 300,000 SQ. ft. fabrication facility, new CNC Machines (Mazak, Mori Sieke, DMG Mori, Weiler, etc.), and a strong safety program designed to ensure our team goes home safe to their families after every shift.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Safety Compliance: Enforcing safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Quality Control: Implementing and monitoring quality control procedures to ensure products meet established standards.
- Production Planning and Scheduling: Creating and managing production schedules, coordinating resources (labor, materials, equipment), and optimizing workflows to meet production targets. Collaborates directly with Purchasing, Planning and Scheduling to meet production schedules.
- Staff Management: Hiring, training, and supervising production staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.
- Process Optimization: Identifying areas for improvement in the production process, implementing changes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs and improve on time performance.
- Equipment Maintenance: Work with Maintenance and Operators to ensure equipment is properly maintained and functioning efficiently and coordinating preventative maintenance as needed.
- Inventory Management: Overseeing inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring adequate supply and minimizing waste.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generating production reports, analyzing data, and providing insights to the facility leadership team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with other departments, such as HSE, Quality, Engineering, and Procurement, to ensure smooth production operations.
- Team and People development: Focuses on enhancing individual and collective performance which includes developing strategies and activities to improve skills, knowledge, teamwork, and overall effectiveness.
FACILITY/GROUP -SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES/EXPECTATIONS
- Champion facility goals for Quality, Safety, Innovation and Cost - seek opportunities to provide feedback on process improvements, cost savings, and opportunities to work more efficiently and/or safely.
- Remain open to feedback and collaboration with other departments and business units.
- Regular attendance and timeliness.
EDUCTATIONAL & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering (industrial, manufacturing, mechanical), business administration, or operations management preferred; Equivalent years of prior relevant experience considered.
- Certifications: Certifications like Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMEng), Certified Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), or Six Sigma Green Belt a plus.
- Experience: Direct experience in a manufacturing environment required in roles such as production supervisor, operations analyst, or production manager.
- Management Experience: Demonstrable experience managing teams, overseeing production processes, and implementing process improvements required.
- Industry Knowledge: Specific knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and relevant regulations required.
