Job Summary

Are you looking to begin a rewarding career in electrical construction? The Business Associates reports directly to the project leader. This is a role that requires the ability to build relationships both in and out of the office. The core responsibility of a Business Associate is to continue learning through on-the-job experience while gaining new responsibilities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Understand Miller Electric’s service-based approach to the electrical project management process.
• Build long-term relationships with your clients and fellow employees by earning trust through diligent communication and a high-quality work ethic.
• Work with your team to ensure projects are built following design, budget, and schedule.
• Support our project management teams through your business support function.

 

Qualifications

Education & Experience REQUIRED

• Relevant business degree
• Strong computer & Microsoft Suite skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Commitment to developing time management and organizational skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on learning environment
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship. Employment-based visa sponsorship (including H-1B sponsorship) is not available for this position.

PREFERRED

• Project management experience
• Experience working in the construction industry
