What you'll do:
- Be a Financial Guide: Engage directly with consumers, utilizing your strong communication and negotiation skills to understand their unique situations and skillfully guide them to resolve outstanding account balances.
- Drive Positive Outcomes: Proactively manage a variety of communication channels—including inbound and outbound calls, email, and chat—to establish effective payment solutions and achieve account resolution goals.
- Exceed Expectations & Unlock Growth: Specialists who consistently meet and surpass key performance indicators (KPIs) for 6+ months unlock promotion opportunities!
- Champion Our Mission: Uphold the highest standards of quality and compliance, embodying our empathetic approach to debt recovery.
- Innovate & Collaborate: Work within a vibrant call center environment, contributing to a team that's constantly finding new ways to help consumers achieve financial stability.
Who you are:
- A Natural Persuader: You possess excellent professional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a genuine desire to influence positive outcomes. Prior experience in sales, customer retention, or in a role where you’ve handled objections & rejections is a strong benefit

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- High sense of ownership, resilience, and reputation for dependability
- Experience as a Collections Specialist, Collector, Collection Agent, Recovery Specialist, or similar is NOT required, but nice to have

Onsite Work & Physical Requirements
This is an onsite position based in our local office and regular, in-person attendance is an essential function of the role. The position requires collaboration, participation in in-person meetings, access to office resources, and partnership with cross-functional teams.
This role is primarily performed in a professional office environment and involves computer-based work, including extended periods working at a computer, using standard office technology, and communicating through verbal, written, and digital channels. The role may require moving throughout the office and occasionally lifting or moving office materials up to <10 pounds.
