Manager, Lincoln Experiential - leads the strategy, development, and operations of Lincoln's premium customer experience programs, driving brand loyalty by managing partnerships, curricula, logistics, marketing, and budgets to grow the Lincoln ecosystem.
As the Manager of Lincoln Experiential, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of Lincoln initiatives. You will be responsible for leading the strategic development, operational excellence, and expansion of high-impact customer experiences.
This role requires a visionary leader who can not only manage complex programs and strategic partnerships but also directly lead and develop external partners to achieve business plan and customer engagement objectives.
Your ultimate goal will be to strategically funnel customers into Lincoln’s Ecosystem, deepening their brand loyalty and enhancing their driving skills through world-class programs.
What you'll do...
Lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of Lincoln’s Experiences, ensuring alignment with Lincoln’s overall vision and business objectives.
Drive the creation and enhancement of innovative Experience curricula, leveraging comprehensive market insights and competitive analysis.
Develop and implement comprehensive expansion strategies, identifying new market opportunities and strategic partners to grow awareness of the brand.
Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and consumer preferences to ensure Lincoln’s experiences remain best-in-class.
Oversee the management of partner performance, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, operational standards, and financial targets.
Oversee logistical planning and execution for vehicle assets, equipment, and personnel to support Lincoln experiences.
Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing and communication strategies for Lincoln events and partnerships, collaborating closely with internal marketing teams and external agencies.
Develop and present comprehensive program updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Manage budgets, timelines, vendors, and agencies with confidence and clarity
You'll have...
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Business
5+ years of relevant experience in marketing, with a focus in Experiential and deep understanding of shopper engagement, sponsorship activation, and live events
Experience leading agency teams and/or collaborating with agency teams
Demonstrated experience in contract negotiation, partnership management, and vendor relations.
Financial acumen with proven experience in budget development, management, and forecasting.
Self-starter with ability to guide multiple projects with limited supervision and providing project updates along the way.
Excellent communications skills with ability and comfort presenting to Executive Leadership

This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $115,500-$218,100.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
