This role will be responsible for implementing security standards, scalable solutions, and ensuring platform health and compliance across the enterprise. As a Service Engineer, You will ensure and improve platform health and compliance by integrating with enterprise systems, conducting assessments, and collaborating with Information Security and Compliance teams. You will be leveraging automation and AI approach for continuous improvement. You will manage incidents and complex issues through troubleshooting, fix implementation, automation, and adherence to security, privacy, and compliance standards. You will be part of cross-functional collaboration and enablement, partnering with engineering, product group for (new features testing-Customer Zero), security team and business teams to drive feature initiatives. You will Identify and drive service and product improvements that meet the needs of Enterprise customers. Define and leverage data and telemetry to make decisions and driving feedback into systems design and implementation. You will partner with other teams to improve products and processes to drive delightful end-user experiences. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 8+ years technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, service engineering, or systems engineering OR equivalent experience. Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, Or any other language. Experience in supporting and executing Exchange Online and Teams administration. Understanding of Azure services including Azure AD, Azure Monitor, Logic Apps, Function Apps, and Graph API. Identify and drive service and product improvements that meet the needs of Enterprise customers. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and drive cross-functional initiatives. Strong commitment to a growth mindset and active advocacy for inclusive practices. (Good to have).
