The Position

The Opportunity

  • Provide legal advice on commercial, labor, tax, regulatory, intellectual property and data privacy matters.

  • Draft, review and negotiation of a wide range of contracts and agreements with vendors and distributors

  • Identity legal risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies

  • Support business and functional teams with legal input on transactions, partnerships, and strategic initiatives

  • Ensure company policies and practices comply with local laws

  • Represent company's interests in legal proceedings and liaise with external counsels as needed

  • Oversee corporate governance and maintain legal documentation

Who you are

  • Law Degree (specialization studies is a plus)

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Senior Legal Counsel or Legal Manager in transnational companies

  • Solid expertise in data privacy matters, corporate housekeeping matters, employment law, contract drafting and negotiation, intellectual property and contract management

  • Excellence drafting, negotiation, and communications skills in English language (writing, speaking and listening)

  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure

  • High sense of responsability

  • High ethical standards and sound judgement

  • Strong communication skills (oral and writing), proactiveness and curiosity

Preferred Skils

  • Experience in pharmaceutical industry

  • Strong pharma business acumen and ability to balance legal and commercial considerations

This position does not have relocation support.
