Located on 40 acres of lush tropical gardens, this Forbes 4-Star, AAA 4-Diamond property is consistently ranked among the world's best resorts with 780 rooms, 100,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants, 3 bars, a cafe, and in-room dining.
- Classification: Casual
- Shift: Various (Camp runs daily from 9am - 10pm) – must have some availability to work weekends, weekdays, and holidays.
- Pay Rate: The hourly rate is $25.09 per hour and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

As a Counselor, you’re not just ensuring a fun and safe kids club experience – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Greet and assist guests: Welcome guests warmly and enthusiastically, register and collect payment from participants, and respond promptly to requests
- Lead kids’ programming: Supervise and assist children participating in hotel-sponsored camp/club activities such as arts and crafts, story time, swimming, and hiking
- Ensure safety and compliance: Monitor children closely and conduct all activities in alignment with federal, state, local, and company guidelines
