Host/Hostess - Sevens - PT/Summer Seasonal - Breckenridge, CO

A Host/Hostess will welcome guests in a friendly and courteous manner.  Maintain reservations and seating charts for smooth and efficient restaurant operations.  Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to): 

• Take reservations and maintain reservation system.
• Welcome guests and show them to their table.
• Prepare and maintain seating chart for dining periods.
• Communicates all necessary and important information with the Restaurant Manager and the entire Food and Beverage team.
• Capable of multi-tasking and working at a fast but thorough pace
• Complete all sidework that has been assigned
• Attends the daily pre-shift meeting to learn any important daily information
• Adheres to all grooming and uniform standards and is productive and professional during entire shift
• Communicate reservations for dining periods with kitchen and service staff.
• Clean and maintain Host/Hostess and waiting areas.
• Ability to communicate effectively. 

 

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Able to communicate English
• Ability to communicate in Spanish preferred
• Previous restaurant experience - Required
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods of time
