- Finalize engagement once the implementation team confirms the client’s system is fully operational and aligned with client expectations.
- Post-Sale Client Success:
- Partner with Client Success Managers (CSMs) to identify technical challenges impacting client retention, renewal, or upsell opportunities.
- Consult in technical discovery sessions with existing clients to understand evolving business needs and potential for product expansion.
- Collaborate with CSMs to develop and present integration or product usage enhancements that improve client workflows and optimize product utilization.
- Provide technical guidance and documentation to CSMs in renewal conversations and upsell opportunities to ensure overall client satisfaction.
