  • Support recruiting efforts for hourly and salaried positions by coordinating hiring activities and partnering with stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
  •   Prepare, analyze, and maintain HR metrics and reports, including headcount, absenteeism, overtime, turnover, and workforce trends, providing insights to support business decisions.
  •   Monitor and administer services provided by external vendors, ensuring service quality and compliance with established standards.
  •  Facilitate training sessions for new hires, support staff, and peers on HR policies, procedures, and operational processes.
  •  Promote a positive employee relations environment by identifying trends, addressing concerns, and supporting engagement initiatives.
  •  Handle confidential employee and business information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
  •  Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, business conduct guidelines, and applicable local labor legislation.
  • Build effective partnerships with internal stakeholders, managers, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to support business needs.
