Senior Workday Analyst

The Senior Workday Analyst is responsible for leading day-to-day Workday operations, ensuring data integrity, and resolving complex transactions across the organization. This role partners closely with HR Technology, Payroll, IT, and intake teams to support scalable processes, accurate reporting, and operational excellence.
What you’ll do
- Own and execute complex Workday transactions, including hires, terminations, restructures, and mass updates.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex data issues and high-risk requests, partnering with leadership as needed.
- Maintain the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of all Workday data and system changes.
- Lead ongoing data audits across key structures such as job profiles, cost centers, and supervisory organizations.
- Identify root causes of data issues and drive remediation efforts through to resolution.
- Partner with intake teams to triage, prioritize, and route requests efficiently in a high-volume environment.
- Support UAT, regression testing, implementations, and continuous improvement efforts to strengthen system performance and reporting.
What we’re looking for
- 5–8+ years of hands-on Workday experience, with HCM experience required.
- Experience managing data integrity in a large-scale environment, ideally supporting 10,000+ employees.
- Strong knowledge of Workday business processes, EIBs, mass data loads, and core organizational structures.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, ticket-based environment with competing priorities and deadlines.
- Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, IT, and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and the ability to improve processes and support operational excellence.
Pay Range:
