Job Summary

As part of our Supply Chain & Operations practice, you will lead fulfillment and logistics transformation programs powered by SAP TM, SAP EWM, and SAP SD. You will advise clients on transportation, warehousing, distribution, and fulfillment strategies while leading large-scale technology and business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead SAP TM, EWM, and/or SD transformation and implementation programs.

· Develop logistics, warehousing, transportation, and fulfillment strategies for clients.

· Conduct process assessments and define transformation roadmaps and business cases.

· Lead solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment activities.

· Advise clients on operating model, governance, process reengineering, and technology strategy.

· Manage project teams, client stakeholders, and program governance.

· Support business development, proposal creation, client presentations, and sales pursuits.

· Contribute to thought leadership and capability development within the Fulfillment practice.

Qualifications

· Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

· Deep understanding of transportation, warehousing, distribution, and fulfillment operations.

· Experience leading SAP TM, EWM, and/or SD transformation programs.

· Strong program and project management capabilities.

· Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

· Ability to lead cross-functional and global teams.

Experience

· 10+ years of experience in Logistics, Fulfillment, Transportation, Warehousing.

· Proven experience leading SAP TM, EWM, and/or SD implementations.

· Experience with transportation optimization, warehouse operations, distribution, and network design initiatives.

· Experience integrating SAP logistics solutions with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC environments.

· Consulting experience and global project exposure preferred.

· P&L responsibility, business development, or sales experience is a plus.
