Job Description

We are looking for a highly talented Product Management Director to manage the product management team taking E2E accountability for winning products delivery - partnership with R&D, Field , Marketing& Program to ensure customers’ satisfaction.

You will find yourself defining the vision and scope of our product roadmap in terms of its application envelope, software/algorithmic/HW solutions, and system performance definitions. You will work with multi-disciplinary engineering teams. The challenging requirements from customers will motivate you to combine your knowledge with an understanding of the product to create define and execute the development of new and innovative product capabilities.

 

Our Group: 

The Product Management group is responsible to:

  • Build & Align the product short & long-term Roadmap to meet business goals.
  • Guide technological innovations to enable business long term targets.
  • Be the center of excellence for professional knowledge about our products

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Product Requirement: Define product specifications and MVP (MVP stands for Minimum Viable Product)
  • Concept and Feasibility: Our product managers aspire for data driven decisions. As such, we collect the relevant data, analyze it using advanced methodologies, and conclude decisions which drive our roadmap to the best possible Return on Investment
  • Customer requests: process customer requests and design them to best fit our tool architecture
  • Application value: Value verification upon dev completion
  • Field expert support: our excellent product managers act also as a 3rd level support in their expertise domain, keeping us close to the customer and maintaining in-depth understanding of customer problems and needs
  • Field beta: plan the content of the beta at first customers 

  

What you should have?

 

  • BSc, MSc in engineering or other accurate science.
  • 10+ years experience  as product manager / system engineer / Product Specialist.
  • 3+ years experience in managerial position.
  • Background in the semiconductors market – Strong Advantage
  • Solid Data analysis skillset: statistical tests, distributions and data interpretation techniques.
  • Experience in matrix management of cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • English level: advanced / native
