The Test Specialist is responsible for supporting the testing and validation of products and systems. This role involves executing test plans, documenting results, and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure product quality and reliability.

Your role in plain text:

  • Assemble sub systems or products for the purpose of evaluation and test.

  • Evaluate and test components, sub systems or products. This work will be completed by following established means, or if necessary, development of new test strategies.

  • Assist in the development or commission of test equipment.

  • Recommend and/or implement refinements to existing procedures, techniques and test methodologies and/or equipment.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during testing processes.

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to refine test plans and methodologies.

  • Calibrate and maintain testing instruments and tools.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to testing processes

  • Recommend ways to refine or optimize existing designs.

  • Mentor junior technical support staff.

To be successful in this role, we would love if you have:

  • A technical diploma or certification in a relevant field, or equivalent hands‑on technical training.

  • Typically requires a minimum of 2 - 4 years of related experience.

  • Programming experience in Python, LabVIEW, or other languages is recommended.

Salary Range:

$46,900.00-$62,500.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
