Skip to main contentEnglishSign InApplication Development Lead page is loadedApplication Development LeadApplylocationsSumida-kutime typeFull timeposted onPosted 27 Days Agojob requisition idJR2601393English follow Japanese:職務目的（Job Purpose）データウェアハウス（DWH）、顧客データ管理、契約照会データ管理、代理店データ提供システムなどの重要なアプリケーションの開発・管理を主導する。Application Development Leadとして、保険事業運営をサポートするアプリケーションの開発ライフサイクル全体を監督し、主に代理店データ提供と契約照会データ管理アプリケーションに重点を置く。開発プロセスにおける生成AI技術の導入を推進し、生産性とコード品質の向上を図りつつ、堅牢で拡張性があり、セキュアなアプリケーションソリューションを確保する。職責（Job Responsibilities）アプリケーション開発リーダーシップ:•主に契約照会用データ、代理店データ提供アプリケーションの開発・管理を主導• 要件収集から展開・保守までの完全なアプリケーション開発ライフサイクルを監督• アプリケーションがビジネス要件、パフォーマンス基準、規制遵守を満たすことを確保チーム協業・プロジェクト管理:• マルチプロジェクト環境で効果的に作業し、複数の並行開発イニシアティブを管理• アーキテクト、品質保証チーム、運用チームなどの横断的チームと協業• 複数の開発ストリームにわたってプロジェクトタイムライン、成果物、リソース配分を調整パートナーベンダー管理:• インドベースのオフショア開発ベンダーとの関係を管理（オンサイト窓口はバイリンガル対応）• オフショアチームとの開発活動、品質基準、成果物を調整• 技術指導を提供し、オンショア・オフショアチーム間の知識移転を促進技術革新・AI統合:• Claude CodeやGitHub Copilotなどの生成AIツールを実装して開発生産性を向上• 新技術と開発手法の調査・評価• コード品質とセキュリティ基準を維持しながら、AI支援開発のベストプラクティスを推進技術開発:• Java、COBOL、SQL のいずれかの専門知識を活用してアプリケーション開発・システム統合を実施• 顧客・契約情報の堅牢なデータ管理ソリューションを設計・実装主要な関係先（Key Relationships）：内部関係先(AIG組織内)ビジネス部門、データアナリティクス部門システムアーキテクチャ・インフラ・運用チーム品質保証・テストチーム外部関係先(AIG組織外)開発パートナーベンダー（インド拠点あり）必要とされるスキル・経験（Required Skills and Experiences）最終学歴　　コンピューターサイエンス、情報技術、ソフトウェア工学、または関連分野の学士号スキル/知識/能力/資格/免許【スキル】言語スキル: 日本語能力（必須）、英語能力は高く評価されるが必須ではない技術専門性: Java、COBOL、SQL のいずれか一つ以上に精通し、データベース管理の強い理解AIツール知識: Claude CodeやGitHub Copilotなどの生成AI開発ツールの経験または知識（優遇）プロジェクト管理: 並行開発イニシアティブを管理できるマルチプロジェクト環境での経験ベンダー管理: オフショア開発チームとの調整およびベンダー関係管理能力データ管理: データウェアハウス概念、顧客データ管理、システム統合の理解【性格/気質】複数プロジェクトを同時に管理できる組織力と計画性技術革新への好奇心と学習意欲チーム協業とベンダー調整における高いコミュニケーション能力業務経験5年以上の経験3年以上の経験Job PurposeLead the development and management of critical applications including Data Warehouse (DWH), customer data management, contract inquiry data management, and agent data provisioning systems.As an Application Development Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development lifecycle of applications that support our insurance business operations, with a primary focus on agent data provisioning and contract inquiry data management applications.Drive the adoption of generative AI technologies in development processes to enhance productivity and code quality while ensuring robust, scalable, and secure application solutions.Job ResponsibilitiesApplication Development Leadership:• Lead the development and management of contract inquiry data, and agent data provisioning applications mainly• Oversee the complete application development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance• Ensure applications meet business requirements, performance standards, and regulatory complianceTeam Collaboration & Project Management:• Work effectively in a multi-project environment, managing multiple concurrent development initiatives• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including system architects, quality assurance and system operation teams• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation across multiple development streamsPartner vendor Management:• Manage relationships with India-based offshore development vendors (The onsite contact is bilingual)• Coordinate development activities, quality standards, and deliverables with offshore teams• Provide technical guidance and ensure knowledge transfer progression between onshore and offshore teamsTechnology Innovation & AI Integration:• Implement generative AI tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot to enhance development productivity• Research and evaluate new technologies and development methodologies• Promote best practices in AI-assisted development while maintaining code quality and security standardsTechnical Development:• Utilize expertise in Java, COBOL, and/or SQL for application development and system integration• Design and implement robust data management solutions for customer and contract informationKey RelationshipsInternal Interactions (Within the...
