The Commodities Strats team is seeking an Associate or Vice President to support quantitative development, front-office analytics, and strategic platform initiatives across the Commodities business. A key focus of the role will be supporting the ongoing migration of Commodities products and workflows onto the firm's strategic RICE platform. The successful candidate will work closely with Trading, Technology, Operations, Finance, and Risk teams to develop scalable solutions supporting trade capture, pricing, risk management, and business growth.
In the Fixed Income division, we work in fast-paced and constantly changing global markets to assess and manage risk, trade securities, manage relationships with clients, and structure and execute innovative transactions.

What you'll do in the role:
- Support the migration of Commodities products and trading workflows to the RICE platform.
- Assist with product onboarding, testing, UAT, and migration-related issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain pricing, risk, and valuation analytics for commodity derivatives.
- Support front-office trading desks with quantitative analysis and production support.
- Improve trade capture, risk reporting, and operational processes through automation.
- Collaborate with Trading, Technology, Operations, Finance, and Risk stakeholders on strategic initiatives.
What you'll bring to the role:
- 3+ years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Strong programming skills.
- Experience developing or supporting front-office trading, risk, or pricing systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Experience:
- Commodity derivatives markets (Oil, Gas, Power, Metals, or Emissions).
- RICE development, onboarding, or migration projects.
- Trade capture platforms and front-office workflows.
- SQL, DB2, and enterprise data platforms.
- Quantitative modelling and risk analytics.
