The role / impact

Reporting to the Head of Marketing EMEA, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing marketing campaigns for national Accounting and Bookkeeping Partners and Small Business customers in South Africa, Ireland, and the UAE. Working closely with sales and operations, global marketing, public relations, creative teams, and external agencies, you will deliver on the regional marketing plan.

You will be a collaborative problem solver who develops and implements tactical initiatives and multi-channel campaigns to achieve brand and commercial goals. By partnering with our sales teams and clients, you will drive product awareness, support customer conversion, and deliver impactful experiences that help small businesses and their advisors thrive.

You will join a highly collaborative regional marketing team focused on driving growth and delivering exceptional customer journeys. We work closely with cross-functional groups across the business, including sales, product, and partnerships, to align our strategies and elevate our brand. Together, we champion the needs of our small business and accounting audiences, ensuring their voices are at the heart of our marketing initiatives.

Initially, you will focus on

  • Developing and optimising multi-channel regional marketing plans that incorporate digital, content, email, events, and public relations.

  • Partnering with product marketing to launch new features and value propositions, taking ownership of timelines, segmentation, and messaging.

  • Supporting accounting and bookkeeping partners with tailored marketing activities to drive shared metrics and commercial goals.

  • Managing a dedicated marketing budget while embedding testing, measurement, and optimisation into all campaign activities.
