Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.Licensed Therapist ResponsibilitiesConduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plansProvide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities to children, adolescents and adultsActively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goalsComplete timely and compliant clinical documentationMimimum active caseload of 20 clients per week requiredParticipate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as requiredAdhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policiesCompensation & BenefitsCompensation: 60% of Net Collections (Estimated annual earning potential of up to $70,000 depending on hours worked) Flexible schedule (set your own schedule & hours!)Billing, credentialing, scheduling, and intake support Requirements Licensed Therapist Required QualificationsActive, unrestricted license: Psychologist (PsyD or PhD), LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or LCMHC in FloridaMaster’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related fieldAbility to provide therapy independentlyComfort using an EHR and telehealth platformsExperience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.Experience in outpatient or group practice settingsLicensed Therapist Preferred QualificationsMinimum of 1 year of post-licensure outpatient clinical experience preferredAbout APGAPG Health specializes in providing effective and efficient behavioral health care, psychiatric care and family counseling.
