As an owner-managed company headquartered in Switzerland with a production site in Germany and regional subsidiaries, we are among the leading providers worldwide.At our location in Stockach – the gateway to Lake Constance –, we are looking for you to join our team as soon as possible or by arrangement.Your ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of new product development and lifecycle, where you will lead cross-functional initiativesDrive product development from concept to launch, support portfolio optimization, and coordinate evaluationsDrive scope, timing, budget, and quality with a strong hands on mindsetLead and inspire cross functional teams across engineering, product, and businessProactively manage risks, changes, and priorities in a fast-moving environmentCommunicate progress clearly and keep everyone aligned and motivatedYour ProfileA degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or a compareable fieldAt least 5 years experience in leading projects and IPMA Level C or similarAt least 5 years’ and projects and IPMA Level C or similar experience leading development projects in dynamic environmentsConfidence using modern project management approaches (agile, hybrid, or classic) A structured, solution-oriented mindset with a bias for actionExcellent communication skills in German and EnglishStrong communication skills and natural leadership energyWe offer youAn opportunity to actively shape the future of our globally operating company and further develop your career.
