Raytheon is looking for a Finance Associate Director (M6) supporting the Loitering Munitions and Launched Effect portfolio and Strategic Capture Directorate within the Precision Fires and Maneuver Sub Strategic Business Unit. These portfolios include many programs & products including Coyote Blk 3 Production, Launched effects, XM-30 and other strategic efforts. This area projects an average of $380M+ in revenue per year inclusive of contractual EV programs. These portfolios provide exposure to both cost-type and FFP contracts across multiple customers. Additionally, this position will lead a team of 6+ finance professionals and partner with two program directors.
The role is being offered in a hybrid capacity (onsite & remote) and is based on the needs of the business. Onsite work will be expected in Tucson, AZ as that is where the Program team resides. Relocation assistance is being provided.
What You Will Do
Accountable for financial oversight of the Loitering Munitions and Launched Effect portfolio and Strategic Capture Directorate, with contracts spanning Production, development and capture
Requires proactive leadership and significant interaction with the Program Managers, Contracts, Requirements & Capabilities, Supply Chain, and others, to ensure alignment regarding strategic, operating, and financial objectives
Ensure compliance with required Estimates at Complete (EACs), provide recommendations to ensure FP&A commitments are met/exceeded (monthly forecasts / Long Range Plan / Annual Operating Plan), overhead oversight, and new business investment
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related field & 12 years prior relevant experience; OR an Advanced degree and 10 years prior relevant experience
Experience in a leadership role
Experience with EVMS (Earned Value Management) and Estimates at Complete (EACs)
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
