Your Role
As the Client Executive based in our Canberra office you will take ownership of growing our Government labour hire portfolio, helping agencies access highly sought-after cyber security talent across project delivery, capability uplift and mission-critical initiatives.
Leveraging your network across Government and the contractor ecosystem, you will identify opportunities, build trusted relationships and drive workforce solutions engagements that deliver value to government customers. This is a true builder role to shape the market, develop strategic partnerships and help evolve our workforce offering from traditional labour hire engagements into broader capability and managed services outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow the cyber workforce solutions business
Build relationships across Government agencies, procurement teams and key stakeholders
Identify, qualify and convert opportunities for cyber contractor engagements
Develop partnerships with specialist recruitment providers and talent networks to support delivery outcomes
Leverage Government panel arrangements and procurement pathways to drive revenue growth
Collaborate with internal cyber security, delivery and sales teams to create innovative workforce and capability solutions
Maintain a strong opportunity pipeline and deliver against growth targets
Support the evolution of customer engagements from contractor-based services to broader capability and managed service partnerships.
Your Experience
Demonstrated success developing business within the Government cyber security or workforce solutions market
Strong and current relationships across Government agencies, procurement teams, recruitment providers and contractor networks
Experience selling or delivering labour hire, workforce solutions, recruitment services or contractor-based engagements
Knowledge of the cyber security landscape, including roles such as Project Managers, Business Analysts, Cyber Security Consultants, GRC Specialists, Engineers and Architects
A proven ability to identify opportunities, build pipelines and convert new business
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and build credibility across multiple levels
A strategic mindset with the ability to see beyond labour hire and develop long-term customer partnerships
A highly driven, resilient and commercially focused approach to business development.
