Your role and responsibilities

We are seeking an experience Change Management Leader with strong background in the ADKAR methodology and proven experience in consulting environments to drive successful organizational transformations.

This role is responsible for designing, implementing and sustaining change strategies that ensure adoption, minimize resistance and maximize business outcomes across multiple clients or business units.

The ideal candidate combines structured change management expertise with strong stakeholder management, consulting mindset and the ability to deliver value in complex fast-paced environments.

Key Responsabilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive change management strategies aligned with business objectivess.
  • Apply the Prosci ADKAR framework (Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, Reinforcement)
  • Lead change management efforts in consulting engagements, working with diverse clients and industries.
  • Conduct Change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses.
  • Develop and implement communications, training and engagement plans.
  • Identify and mitigate resistance to change through proactive interventions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with across-functional teams including project management, HR and IT.
  • Track and measure change adoption metrics, KPIs and success indicators
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions and excutive presentations.
  • Provide coaching to leaders and managers on leading through change.
  • Ensure sustainability of change through reinforcement strategies.

Required technical and professional expertise

Required Professional and Technical Expertise

  • Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources or a related field.
  • Solid experience in change management, organizational transformation or consulting roles.
  • Proven experience working in management consulting, advisory or professional services firms.
  • Strong expertise in Prosci ADKAR methodology.
  • Demostrated experiencie delivering client-facing projects and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives (e.g., digital transformation, ERP, organizational restructuring)

Key Skills & Compentencies

  • Deep knowledge of ADKAR and Prosci change management principales.
  • Strong consulting mindset (problem-solving, structured thinking, client orientation).
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Advanced stakeholder management and influence abilities
  • Ability to operate effectively in client-facing and ambiguous enviroments
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and measure success
  • High emotional intelligence and adaptability
  • Ability to manage multiple clients or initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
  • Fluent conversational and written english

Preferred technical and professional experience

  • Prosci Change Management Certification
  • Experience in top-tier consulting firms or boutique change management consultancies
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid project enviroments
  • Background in multinational or highly matrixed organizations
  • Exposure to digital transformation program
