Just wanted to share my thoughts on the perfect candidate we're looking for to be one our Founding Deployment Strategists.So what exactly is a Deployment Strategist? At Conversion, they make sure enterprise AI deployments succeed. A $100k+ deal does not survive on a nice pitch or a self-serve onboarding flow. It survives if the customer sees value in the pilot.This means embodying four core responsibilities:Sales enablement: Partnering with the sales team to help close deals and execute proof-of-concepts for enterprise customers.Customer migration: Orchestrating the transition from a customer’s existing marketing infrastructure onto Conversion, acting as the bridge between their teams and our engineers to ensure a smooth and successful implementation.Succeeding with Conversion: Helping advise marketing teams on how to use this powerful new tool to 10x their marketing efforts.
