Role responsibilities

Design and build core components of the query and compute engine that powers Amplitude's analytics product suite. You will evolve the compute API and semantic layer while improving the performance, reliability, and scalability of query execution.

Requirements

Requires strong backend or distributed systems experience, specifically with OLAP databases, query engines, or data infrastructure. Candidates should have a proven track record of owning ambiguous, cross-team projects and proficiency in SQL and API development.
