We're looking for an energetic, compassionate, and results-driven Consultation Coordinator to join our growing healthcare team in Charleston SC. If you have a background in healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, orthopedic, or consultative sales and enjoy helping people make confident healthcare decisions, we'd love to meet you.
What You’ll Do:

Meet with prospective patients after their clinical evaluations.
Educate patients on recommended non-surgical treatment plans.
Explain financing and payment options with confidence and professionalism.
Build trust, answer questions, and guide patients through the enrollment process.
Consistently achieve sales and conversion goals.
Collaborate with providers and clinic staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Maintain accurate documentation in company systems.

What We're Looking For:

Sales experience in healthcare, medical, pharmaceutical, orthopedic, or consultative sales preferred.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable discussing treatment plans and financial options.
Professional, empathetic, and passionate about helping patients improve their quality of life.

Compensation & Benefits:

$50,000 base salary + uncapped commission
