Providence is calling a IS Program Manager- Full-Time, Day Schedule 

The EBAT IS Program Manager will lead high-impact, complex Information Services projects while also managing the program of Finance-related initiatives across Enterprise Business Applications & Technology. This role connects individual project delivery to broader portfolio outcomes by coordinating dependencies, risks, milestones, resources, stakeholder engagement, and value realization across Finance systems and related cross-functional work.

The ideal candidate is an experienced program and project leader who can operate at both strategic and execution levels: driving disciplined delivery, creating transparency for leadership, partnering with business and technology teams, and helping ensure Finance projects are aligned with EBAT priorities, enterprise standards, and measurable business outcomes. Oracle experience highly valued in this role.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Operations or Information Technology or equivalent education/experience.
  • 6 years Information Technology and/or Healthcare Industry experience.
  • 6 years' experience with Project Management methodology based upon project management principles, including experience implementing and facilitating complex decision-making structures among multiple executive stakeholders with varied interests and priorities.
  • 1 year relevant portfolio management experience. 
  • Demonstrated experience as a speaker in a professional presentation environment, such as conferences and association meetings.
  • Experience with vendor/contract management and negotiations.
  • Development and execution experience with business development, marketing, communications, financial planning, and benchmarks/metrics in support of improved quality and process design.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Information Technology, Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or clinical field.
  • Coursework/Training: Project Management methodologies.
  •  Project Management Certification (PMI).
  •  Certifications in process optimization such as Lean Six Sigma, Lean, CQIA, or other nationally.
  • 8 years in the project / program management field.
  • 6 years working in the healthcare industry. 
  • Experience supporting Finance, ERP, Oracle, enterprise business applications, reporting, budgeting, accounting, reconciliation, or financial operations projects.
  • Experience in healthcare, shared services, or large enterprise technology environments.
  • Experience with portfolio management tools such as OnePlan, Microsoft Project Online, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • PMP, PgMP, Agile, Lean, Prosci, or related certification.
  • Experience supporting annual planning, portfolio reviews, resource planning, value realization, or executive governance processes.

 

Salary Range by Location:

California: All Southern California - Except Bakersfield: Min: $58.79, Max: $92.82

Oregon: Portland Service Area: Min: $56.40, Max: $89.04

Washington: Western - Except Tukwila: Min: $58.79, Max: $92.82

Washington: Western: Min: $58.79, Max: $92.82
