We are currently looking for a talented Offset Press Feeder to join our team. The wage range for this position is $23.65-25.90 per hour.Position Overview: Perform duties to assist in setting up and feeding offset presses. Safely performs position specific responsibilities to ensure a high level of productivity, quality and internal and external customer service while adhering to all relevant company policies and procedures. Identifies and recommends process improvements to streamline and increase efficiency of existing programs.Essential Job Functions:Work from schedules, written and verbal instructionsAssist in changing plates to mechanisms such as guides, grippers and elevator for size and type of stock; cleaning inking rollers; lubricate press parts; pack plate and blanket cylindersMix and obtain approval of color inksLoad press with specific type, size and color of paper stockBridge output as required by stock to avoid ink pickup or smearingExercise proper care in the use of tools, equipment and materialsDetect and report faulty equipment, defective material, improper operations and unusual conditions to supervisionObserve all prescribed safety rules and regulations and maintain work area in a neat and orderly conditionPerform other duties as assigned
