We are currently looking for a talented Offset Press Feeder to join our team. The wage range for this position is $23.65-25.90 per hour.Position Overview: Perform duties to assist in setting up and feeding offset presses. Safely performs position specific responsibilities to ensure a high level of productivity, quality and internal and external customer service while adhering to all relevant company policies and procedures. Identifies and recommends process improvements to streamline and increase efficiency of existing programs.Essential Job Functions:Work from schedules, written and verbal instructionsAssist in changing plates to mechanisms such as guides, grippers and elevator for size and type of stock; cleaning inking rollers; lubricate press parts; pack plate and blanket cylindersMix and obtain approval of color inksLoad press with specific type, size and color of paper stockBridge output as required by stock to avoid ink pickup or smearingExercise proper care in the use of tools, equipment and materialsDetect and report faulty equipment, defective material, improper operations and unusual conditions to supervisionObserve all prescribed safety rules and regulations and maintain work area in a neat and orderly conditionPerform other duties as assigned Requirements Education Requirements:High school diploma / GED equivalentPhysical Requirements:Regularly required to talk and hearAbility lift and/or move up to 30lbsAbility to stand/walk throughout shiftAbility to climb up and descend down stepsBending and stoopingAbility to handle/graspOccasional pushing/pullingOther Skills/Abilities:Must be self-motivated and self-sufficient and able to follow directionsShould have an eye for detail and color accuracy Must be quality and time consciousMust be able to work overtimeMust be able to keep area orderly and cleanBenefits include Medical, dental, and prescription plans, Health and Dependent FSA, LTD, AD&D and Term Life Insurance, 401k, vacation and sick leave.    Diversity and Inclusion Statement At Arrow International, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where all individuals are valued and respected.
