Shift: (Rotating shifts) must be able to work opening, closing and weekend rotation

The main duties of our Food Service Shift Lead are to complete daily responsibilities that may include meal assembly, cold food preparation, utility and dish room functions, nourishment preparation, sanitation duties and tray passing. ​
