You must be self-driven, quick to learn and able to perform in a very dynamic work environment, balancing a wide variety of projects and work activities.  What you will do:  Install and troubleshoot control systems, servo drives, motors, HMIs and PLCs on high speed packaging lines, process equipment and Lab equipment Develop, collaborate on and review wiring diagrams and logic for new equipment, field retrofits, and upgrades Provide support for continuous improvement initiatives Utilize excellent troubleshooting skills with a hands-on approach to identify root cause and define solution Research and analyze data for specifications, feasibility studies, and productivity improvements It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment. Total Rewards:Salary Range: $70,500 - $105,000Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factorsBenefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage ReimbursementAnnual bonus based on performance and eligibility Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree 3 - 6+ years of relevant experience Moderate experience in the engineering, design and development of manufacturing equipment for high volume, high speed, high precision assembly operation and complex industrial systems  Experience with Rockwell Automation products and National Instruments a plus Programming knowledge of Rockwell Automation RSLogix5000 and FTView ME and SE a plus Knowledge of VFD and Servo drives.  (AB Powerflex and Kinetix a plus) General knowledge of PID loops and process control concepts General knowledge of motion control concepts and robotics Experience in food or consumer goods packaging industries is a plus SQL Server Database knowledge and Visual Basic Programming a plus Experience with machine vision is a plus Ability to travel up to 25%  Company Overview:Keurig Dr Pepper (Nasdaq: KDP) is a leading beverage company with more than 150 owned, licensed and partner brands that meet a wide range of needs and occasions.
