As a Senior Associate in SRE Automation & Observability, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure and services to enable seamless operations and availability for clients. Within our Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics network, you will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing industry-leading practices for cloud-based systems. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your skills to design and implement robust, secure IT systems that support business operations. You will enable the smooth functioning of networks, servers, and data centers to optimize performance and minimize downtime. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, while using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems.

Responsibilities

- Designing and implementing robust IT systems to support seamless business operations
- Managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure to enhance performance and minimize downtime
- Monitoring and troubleshooting cloud-based systems to maintain service availability
- Implementing industry-leading practices for cloud operations and infrastructure management
- Utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure for cloud administration and optimization
- Developing cloud migration strategies to improve service delivery and operational efficiency
- Collaborating with teams to address infrastructure performance and compliance challenges
- Leveraging tools like Dynatrace APM and Splunk for performance monitoring and data analysis
- Providing technical consultation to enhance cloud service delivery and infrastructure architecture
- Building meaningful client connections and anticipating their needs to deliver quality solutions

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience in SRE Automation & Observability
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
