As an EPM - ARCS - Associate - Consult, you will specialize in providing consulting services for enterprise performance management solutions using Oracle technologies. You will collaborate with clients to assess their performance management needs, design and implement Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will be part of a dynamic team that helps clients optimize operational efficiency. This opportunity allows you to engage in research, participate in project tasks, and develop basic skills and knowledge, all while responding effectively to the diverse perspectives, needs, and feelings of others.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with clients to assess and address their enterprise performance management needs using Oracle technologies
- Designing and implementing Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle enterprise performance management tools
- Analyzing client needs to optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives
- Engaging in business process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
- Developing and maintaining financial planning and analysis processes to enhance client performance
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) for strategic data analysis and reporting
- Conducting performance assessments and creating performance reports to support client decision-making
- Applying business rules development and process root cause analysis to enhance organizational effectiveness
- Supporting cost management and resource allocation to improve profitability management
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
- Utilizing skills in financial planning and analysis for client projects
- Engaging in business process analysis to enhance operational efficiency
- Applying strategic data analysis to inform decision-making processes
- Excelling in communication and teamwork within diverse environments
