Be the expert at certain process area, maintain and continually improve process capability, yield and reduce defect PPM, optimize operation spec and provide training to operation staff, timely close line abnormal, support EON and NPI activity, support machine qualification and buyoff.

1. Sustain production and OCAP/QCN/Maverick lot disposition.

2. Lead the accumulate yield improvement project.

3. Provide technical analysis and responsible EFAR actions.

4. Lead cost reduction projects.

5. Work with other dept for process sustaining, as hold lot disposition, test maverick lot disposition.

6. Package design/Tooling design review and optimization.

7. New machine/New package/New process qualification and report generation.

8. Generate case analysis report/project report/Weekly report for management review.

1. Master degree and graduated within 2 years.

2. Positive, hard and high efficiency work style.

3. Strong team communication and teamwork skill.

4. Fluent English speaking with good writing.
