Your Role in Our Mission
At Enveda, every role drives impact. As a Lab Operations Associate, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering hope to patients everywhere. Your expertise in vivarium compliance, regulatory documentation, and cross-functional coordination will ensure that our research environment meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and audit-readiness.
What You’ll Do:

Support the Vivarium In-Charge in coordinating routine vivarium activities and ensuring adherence to SOPs, CCSEA/IAEC guidelines, and internal quality standards

Maintain accurate, complete, and audit-ready records: operational logbooks, environmental monitoring logs, equipment records, training records, and regulatory documentation

Perform routine operational checks across housekeeping, biosafety, animal-care support areas, and documentation; promptly report and escalate deviations

Assist with internal audits, regulatory inspections, and IAEC-related activities by organising records, tracking action items, and following up on corrective actions

Coordinate with Scientific teams, SCM, Facilities, and EHS to support inventory availability, equipment readiness, facility maintenance, and scheduled vivarium activities

Support general laboratory operations including lab readiness, clean room practices, biomedical-waste segregation and documentation, and inventory organisation

Identify operational or documentation gaps, support process standardisation, and assist the Scientific Operations team with routine coordination and tracking activities
We’re Looking For:

Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Veterinary Sciences, or a closely related discipline

Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in laboratory, vivarium, research, or scientific operations settings

Strong organisational and documentation skills with high attention to detail
-
Interest in regulatory compliance, quality systems, and scientific operations

Familiarity with CCSEA/IAEC guidelines and animal ethics frameworks is an advantage
-
Collaborative mindset, self-starter attitude, and strong written and verbal communication skills in English
