This person will help shape product direction while also producing detailed designs, prototypes, engineering-ready files, and implementation quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with design leaders, product managers, user experience researchers, engineers, and other cross-functional partners to define user-friendly and technically feasible solutions.

- Design product features, user flows, interactions, and states that support user needs and business goals.

- Apply systems thinking to connected experiences affecting job seekers, consumers, and employers.

- Create and iterate on sketches, wireframes, user flows, detailed designs, and interactive prototypes.

- Help make AI-powered and personalized experiences easier to understand through clear interaction design, thoughtful states, and careful attention to usability.

- Design complex product flows with strong attention to detail, legibility, comprehension, accessibility, and inclusive design.

- Use qualitative and quantitative user data to test concepts, refine solutions, and support design recommendations.

- Provide design recommendations that help inform product tradeoffs, priorities, and direction.

- Partner closely with engineering during design and implementation to support technical feasibility and high-quality delivery.

- Produce organized Figma design files for engineering delivery.

- Conduct design quality assurance during implementation and help resolve design inconsistencies.

- Plan design work and identify clear milestones for team alignment, team review, design review, and leadership sign-off.

- Provide regular weekly or daily progress updates based on project needs.

- Create an AI prototype to support product-definition work.

- Prepare documentation and supporting materials for design reviews with peers and leaders.

- Manage and prioritize milestones across projects in a flexible, remote-first working environment.

- Contribute to team culture through design critique, user experience initiatives, or hiring participation.
