Office Administrator (Grant Submission Experience an Advantage)
Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the preparation and submission of government grants, funding applications and employment-related programmes.

Gather, verify and organise the required information and supporting documents for grant submissions.

Liaise with relevant government agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate submissions.

Track the progress and status of grant applications and maintain proper records of submissions and supporting documentation.

Support the preparation of reports, documents and other administrative requirements related to government grants and programmes.

Provide general administrative support to the office and various departments as required.

Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks, projects and operational matters assigned by management.

Maintain organised records, filing systems and administrative documentation.

Coordinate with vendors, service providers and other external parties on general administrative matters.

Support basic HR administration, including employee records, onboarding documentation, leave records and other HR-related tasks.
Requirements

Singapore Citizen.

Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline.

Prior experience in office administration, HR administration or a similar role is preferred.

Experience in preparing and submitting government grants, incentives or employment-related applications will be an advantage.

Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across different teams.

Proactive, approachable and able to work independently.
