Job Description

Synpulse8 Deutschland GmbH specializes in addressing strategic and operational challenges in the field of customer information management. Our clients are international companies operating in the automotive, finance, and insurance sectors. Our core competencies lie in business intelligence and marketing & CRM, combined with expertise in databases and application development.

To support our team at our Ulm location—right next to Ulm Münster—we are seeking  
Working Students in Data Engineering (m, w, d) 
to start immediately.

20 hours per week

Requirements

• Enrolled in a STEM-related degree program or possessing equivalent knowledge of data structures and algorithms
• Hands-on experience with Python and common data processing libraries such as Pandas and PySpark
• First experience with ETL processes and data integration concepts
• Basic understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases
• Strong communication skills in German (minimum B2 level) and English

Responsibilities

• Development and maintenance of ETL data pipelines
• Data modeling and optimization of SQL databases
• Ensuring data quality through monitoring, testing, and automated validation processes
• Automation of data workflows and processes
• Configuration and parameterization of Apache NiFi for project implementations
