Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor Location: Del Rio, TX

Position Summary
This position will be responsible for organizing and overseeing the administrative functions of ACT Entertainment’s Warehouse operations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process freight quotes, sales, and invoicing requests to prepare for shipments.
- Process transfers for our Canada, Mexico and Missouri locations.
- Prepare documents for export shipping orders.
- Coordinate freight shipment orders.
- Process Guitar Center and Musician Friends orders, including scheduling and weekly shipping reports.
- Follow-up on unreleased orders placed via credit card transactions
- Receive materials (purchase orders and transfers) and enters into AX software; notifies supervisor of receipt discrepancies.
- Upload Bill of Lading (BOL) and Purchase Orders into the system.
- Follow-up on emails inquiries and requests.
- Provide support and assistance to warehouse associates, if required.
- Perform additional duties, as assigned by supervisor.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None (except in absence of supervisor and under direction of General Manager)
Qualifications, Skills and Abilities:
- High school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years related experience.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ACT staff, vendors and customers.
- Must have strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to set an example of leadership and embrace a positive teamwork environment.
- Ability to promote positive work environment and promote teamwork.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
- Frequently required to stand.
- Occasionally required to walk.
- Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity.
- While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
- The employee must lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision; distance vision; color vision; peripheral vision; depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
