Role responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage technology solutions and web-related user interfaces to support customer service. Translate business requirements into technical specifications while providing leadership to offshore development teams.
Requirements
Requires 8-10 years of IT experience with a strong focus on full SDLC, Java, and JavaScript web applications. Must have experience managing third-party suppliers and working with offshore delivery centers.
