AI Adoption, FinOps & Cloud Governance Lead - LATAM
Realizar a lideração em adoção responsável, escalável e orientada a resultados de IA na América Latina. Irá ajudar a transformar a estratégia global de IA da TD SYNNEX em valor regional, conectando negócio, tecnologia, dados, segurança, compliance, comunicação, capacitação e gestão da mudança.
Responsabilidades:
Definir e executar o roadmap regional de adoção de IA.
Gerenciar o portfólio de casos de uso: descoberta, priorização, aprovação, implementação e escala.
Coordenar o LATAM AI Working Group e a conexão com equipes globais.
Estabelecer intake, triagem, documentação, monitoramento e revisão de iniciativas.
Desenvolver AI Champions, capacitação, comunicação e compartilhamento de boas práticas.
Garantir uso responsável: privacidade, segurança, rastreabilidade, controles e supervisão humana.
Requisitos:
Formação completa em Gestão da Tecnologia, Sistema da Informação, Ciencia da Computação ou áreas correlatas
Experiência em transformação digital, inovação, automação, dados ou adoção de IA em ambiente multinacional.
Capacidade de converter necessidades de negócio em casos de uso, business cases e planos de execução.
Conhecimento prático de no-code, low-code e pro-code, gestão da mudança e governança tecnológica.
Comunicação executiva, influência transversal, pensamento estruturado e forte orientação a resultados.
Inglês: mandatório
Espanhol: desejável
Diferenciais: experiência em distribuição de tecnologia, cloud, ecossistemas de parceiros ou soluções Microsoft/IA.
